This hotel is perfect for a family vacation. the location is fantastic, just 50 meters from the beach, which is great for small kids. You can easily spend the whole day at the beach and then retire to your room, which is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to your every need. the breakfast is fantastic, with a wide range of options.
The bathroom could use a renovation, as the shower area is a bit small and cramped. But it's functional and clean enough.

It's a very nice hotel, interesting rooms, close to the beach, helpful staff. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 and it is very diversified, but if you are not morning people (like us) you can ask for a coffee and a cake at the bar when you wake up.
The hotel is situated in the quiet part of the town (for some people this could be an advantage) and when we wanted to go out in the main and noisy part of Rimini we had to come back before midnight in order to catch tne ferryboat (not expensive - 80 cents/one way), otherwise we had quite a long walk back to the hotel.

Good breakfast & dinner, polite personal, bicycles for free at the hotel.
Early breakfast time (8.00-10.00) for people who is active at night life of Rimini. Not really convenient bicycles.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, as it was extremely close to the beach and had free parking. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of the tourist bus-train that stopped near the hotel which easily transported us to the attractions in this city.
Liked everything.

Spent Easter holidays in this cozy beach hotel and had a fantastic time! Location was perfect, very close to the beach, and also easy access to buses that go to the city center. Loved the Italian food, it was authentic and delicious! Another great aspect was the friendly staff, they were always ready to assist us and gave us a lot of valuable information.
The private parking area was blocked by a car and we had to park on the street which was difficult to find. the room was a bit small, but it was clean and sufficient for our needs.

I had a great city break with my partner at a hotel near the beach. The staff were friendly and provided us with helpful information when we needed it. We really enjoyed the delicious Italian food served during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a tourist bus-stop that brought us to the city center and to the beach.
The beds were not very comfortable and we found that to be a common issue in hotels across Italy. Although we had no issues with parking, we noticed that the entrance to the hotel's private parking area was sometimes blocked by other cars. we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying again in the future.
